Our service is open to BIMA members and allies outside of our communities, including non-clinicians in the health system. We are aggregating anonymised data and reporting these to system partners to advocate stronger responses to the Islamophobia and racism.
BIMA’s Specialist Services provide General members with access to trusted experts across a range of professional and personal support areas, helping them navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and thrive throughout their careers and beyond.

The BIMA Support Clinic provides confidential legal, pastoral and mental health support to Muslim healthcare professionals and allies facing discrimination, Islamophobia, or disproportionate scrutiny for speaking out on humanitarian and ethical issues. It has already helped many navigate challenges at work and gather evidence to push for systemic change.
