Infant Male Circumcision Conference 2026
GM Infant Male Circumcision Quality Assurance Programme Joint Annual Event with BIMA
Are you or do you know a provider or someone considering becoming a provider of community circumcision for infant males?
The Greater Manchester Infant Male Circumcision Quality Assurance Programme is the only programme of its kind in the UK, supported by NHS Greater Manchester (GM) since 2011. It aims to support families to access safe circumcision by quality assuring providers and promoting those providers and standards to families. We also engage community providers in quality improvement.
The British Islamic Medical Association (BIMA) is a democratic network of Muslim health professionals in the UK and has been supporting the GM QA for many years. BIMA has worked with system partners and Muslim communities to raise awareness and safe circumcision and ensure that there is affordable and high-quality provision available to families.
Join the GM programme leads and BIMA for our second annual national Infant Male Circumcision Conference, bringing together current or potential providers with key system partners. Last year we welcomed the GMC, MPS, BMA and community organisations to provide CPD, peer support and shape the programme.
