Muslim Chaplaincy Conference 2026: End of Life Care & Organ Donation

Join the British Islamic Medical Association for the Muslim Chaplaincy Conference 2026: End of Life Care and Organ Donation. A dedicated day of learning, reflection, and professional development designed for Muslim chaplains, chaplaincy volunteers, and those supporting patients and families through life’s most sacred and complex moments. This unique national gathering will bring together clinicians, Islamic scholars, researchers, chaplains, donors, recipients, and families to explore end-of-life care, ethical decision-making, and organ donation through both clinical expertise and lived experience, covering topics such as palliative care, bedside spiritual support, chaplaincy research, organ donation fatwas, brain stem death, ethnic disparities, and clinical donation pathways.
Through powerful patient and family stories, expert panel discussions, audience Q&A, and meaningful networking opportunities, the conference offers a reflective and practical space to build confidence in navigating these sensitive conversations with compassion, knowledge, and faith.
