Testimonials

“It was such an amazing event today, Alhamdulilah. The presentations were truly top-notch, and the examples shared by our senior psychiatrist, using real patient experiences, added great insight. The activities, where we shared thoughts and actively listened to each other, were incredible and showed the power of listening in making a difference in people’s lives. One valuable takeaway was when someone suggested including Hijama in the slides, as it is a beneficial Sunnah practice that can greatly support mental health.” – Mindsavers volunteer

“Thank you to the BIMA team for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a beneficial project. I think the workshop, breakout rooms and slides have been very well designed, and this became apparent as the audience seemed to engage well and volunteered their interaction even when not prompted. Also the training of the trainers is also very robust.” – Mindsavers volunteer
