Starting FY1 can feel exciting, daunting, and everything in between. ACE FY1 2026 is a one-day interactive course designed to help final-year medical students transition confidently into their first year as a doctor.

Join us for a dynamic programme featuring practical talks on life as an FY1, portfolio building, finances, wellbeing, and spirituality, delivered by doctors who have recently navigated the same journey. In the afternoon, attendees joining in person will take part in hands-on workshops covering A–E assessment and SBAR communication, bleep prioritisation, and our popular bleep simulation sessions using realistic on-call scenarios.

Whether you’re worried about your first ward round, your first on-call shift, or simply want advice from those who’ve been there, this course will equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to hit the ground running from day one.

Please note: Afternoon workshop places are limited to 30 participants and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
